Senior Engineering Manager
Leading engineering and heading 3SC Labs — agentic AI for supply chain.
- Lead and mentor a 15+ member cross-functional team spanning Backend, AI, OR, and MLOps — owning hiring, performance management, promotions, career development, and team structure.
- End-to-end ownership of architecture, delivery, and scalability for the Supply Chain Intelligence (SCAI) platform, supporting an ARR pipeline of $10M+.
- Accountable for delivery predictability, engineering velocity, and production stability across multiple customer deployments.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to define roadmaps and align engineering execution with business priorities.
- Stood up the full engineering process stack — sprint planning, roadmap management, engineering-metrics tracking, and CI/CD — to improve quality and velocity.
- Architected the Supply Chain Agent Cortex platform: context-aware AI agents using retrieval, memory, and multi-agent reasoning for explainable decision support across planning workflows.
- Oversaw delivery of AI/OR systems across demand forecasting, replenishment, production planning, procurement, and routing.
- Architected an Azure Databricks data lake unifying master and transactional data through Bronze, Silver & Gold layers — the foundation for analytics, decision intelligence, and agentic AI.
- Established engineering standards for code quality, architecture reviews, and production readiness; drove ISO 9001, SOC 2, and GDPR readiness.
